We created this blog with the intention that everyone could read it. "Everyone" includes people within the company, and the general public. It also includes our bosses. They are reading it, and they will read it, so we should all be mindful of that...we also probably want to be careful as we're negotiating not to say too much about some of the specific points.
I still hope you all will post your questions and concerns, because I think this is a great way to air them. And if our bosses are reading, we know it's one way that we can get their attention.
